    Simple answer, no. If you damage the door in anyway then its fire rating is no longer valid.

    There are fire rated peep holes that you can get.

    If the door is slightly damaged there are some approved repairs but they must be done by approved methods by qualified trained personel. Any other thing will nullify the fire rating.
