Go for a walk. A long one, if necessary.

I am a restaurant manager. I just flip out every half hour or so to keep everyone in line, and then I never get to that level of being angry;)
-
I know how you feel. I love my job, but the people around me are..... you know what I mean. Just cool down. If possible, take a long walk and, while walking, do some breathing exercises.
-
Just walk somewhere quiet and take some time to calm down. If these assholes persist well I don't condone violence so I'll leave it at that. If it was me, there would be a look and if the bullshit didn't stop, I'm afraid heads would have to roll.

Last Friday I had to take a walk outside because my supervisor was giving me a hard time for something I didn't even do. Take a walk, get some fresh air and realize that these people are your co-workers and not nessessarily your friends. Your ultimate task is to make money by helping your company make money.

Wow. When I'm that pissed off I get on break... Get my cell phone... Call my closet friend And FUCKING YELL AND BITCH AND VENT! Then I cool down. Tell them "thanks for hearing me" Then go back to work.

Breath very deeply, then walk away . If you can stay out of the way of the people causing anger for a while do so. If not, when you have calmed down you need preferably in an out of hours situation, talk this thing out. Make the situation what you will take and what you will not take very plain.

Learn to manage it so you don't hurt yourself and it doesn't turn into resentment.

I have had 2 strokes and yet my blood pressure is perfect and I put it down to letting my anger and frustrations out before they fester
-
I need to learn to be angry without sinning and I must not let the sun go down while I am still angry.

Harm innocents.

Take a deep breath, count to 100 and move away from the source of the anger if you can. When you have calmed down and are back in control, then you can react. But until then, don't. :)
-
Go for a drive, go for a walk....just to calm down. It helps :)
-
.....yoga, then belly dance....release the bad then let my spirit take control...
-
I buckle down and focus the energy on my work.
-
Check my bank balance. That usually reminds me why I need to maintain my cool.

I walk out of the office to cool down. Take a walk around the building or get a cup of tea or coffee. Talk to someone I like until I feel better.
