    Moderation is the name of an answerbag user who used answerbag so much they changed into an electronic life form and now, they float around in cyberspace adding comments to some peoples posts.

    Grin...

    I think it's when someone may need to censor a posted question or answer..So they moderate (Edit) the posted items...
