In my martial arts class, it's mostly male. About 80%+ male students, but for some reason alot of the guys won't even give me the time of day. Not even socialize. Even if I say hi some of them won't even respond back sometimes. Why is that?

Maybe they feel like it would be in poor form to "hit on" someone in a martial arts class, so to speak.

Well relate this to the military.When Drill Instructors trains his troops how to kill during the entire 14 weeks of boot camp before they even see the initial wave of combat. Its a moral code he will live by for the rest of his life not to date, socialize but may often speak as a sign of respect. Not to do anything judgemental for others to question his integrity overall especially if he has a family and is very repected father/husband/Drill Instructor.I hope i was helpful in answering your question because there are alot of Martial Arts Instructors out there who would socialize(on their own time not a a function) to date his female students or prey on young women going through a divorce. This is true and I have seen it happen often to many times at local dojo's around the way from Camp LeJeune and the fayetteville/bragg, nc area's.
