Does your area celebrate Halloween by giving out candy to "trick or treaters," How late does trick or treat last.? (when I was young we went as late as 11pm)

4-6pm for the little ones and 6-8 pm for the 'older' ones. Not as fun anymore.. :(

I remember the late night trick-or-treating we used to go till 11 o'clock as well then they started changing the hours. I have not seen this years hours but last year it was 3:30 to 8:00. Lots of parents have started opting for parties and either don't do trick-or-treating or do the once around the block.

They still trick-or-treat around here, though not as much as a few years ago. The younger ones tend to be done by dusk, while the older ones stay out another hour or two. I tend to stay up late that night, just in case of stragglers.

It's 8:15 here and I haven't had one in about 20 minutes. I think that's it for the night. First one came around 6:30
