Do you believe satan is a man or a woman, or do you believe he has some animal characteristics? I know he can "shape shift", but I mean his original state.

I believe Satan is always referred to as 'he' in the Bible so I'll go with male, or gender-neutral.

i believe satan or the devil or watever is just a name given to the evil that exists everywhere and in everyone. So when holy books talk of destroying or killing satan they mean getting rid of our own evil

Seems clear he's pretty similar to the boogeyman and the Easter bunny, both of whom shape-shift all over the place, depending on the imagination of the believer.
