Our press today, considering the majority of it is ultra liberal, is nothing more than a voice for the left wingers and communists, fruits and nuts, and any other radical anti- establishment group there is. The press should be about reporting the news as it, not slanting everything for their political agendas. When an anti-war protest yields 100 wackos in the street, don't report it as thousands, and stop letting small sub-classes of people seem like they are the norm and have such enormous power when they have none. The one thing the press should be that it is not these days is HONEST.

The role of the press today is to reinforce the norm and to aid and reinforce the power of society's elites. It's role should be an indiscriminate collection of information for all intents and purposes.

They should simply report news but sadly they are constantly fabricating it!

I think the press today has become no more than 'the movie of the day' or 'week'...it has lowered itself to a tabloid level. They do their reporting for ratings not for facts.
