  • No, I would have too guilty a conscience/ashamed to continue to work there. That kind of defeats the purpose of looking good to a boss, right? I have never really worked in a 'dog eat dog' environment where someone has to come out on top within an office. The places I have worked as a manager my goal has been to foster a team environment. I've gone as far as paying my own money to buy name tags for me and my managers and supervisors which had 'Management team' on them, not assistant manager, not supervisor, but a team of management. So - it would not have done anyone any good working under me to try to steal credit for work done by somebody else. I would have expected them to gracefully resign if I did find out something like that occured!
