  • I think you should continue to see a doctor. It sounds like it may be serious. No matter what your employer says to do, see your own doctor so you can get an unbiased opinion. You should comply with the employer's directives in terms of what doctor to see, etc., but then follow up with a visit to a doctor of your choice. You may need surgery, but only a qualified doctor can make that decision. Good luck.
  • you went to the ER and they didnt do anything? youve got nerve damage think you should get it seen again!
  • I had a similar problem a few days ago, i cut my foot with a really sharp knife. Luckily i know the answer to this question, i am an eagle scout and i tried to learn everything i could about deep wounds after this incident. What you should do is when the gauze is bloody and wont stop bleeding and such. Do not remove the gauze in order to put more on. put more gauze on over hte gauze that is already there. when you remove gauze it takes away all the healing your body has done already, so the more you remove and replace. the longer it will take to heal and your body will keep starting over its natural healing process. i hope i could help.
