  • You can do it =) That's only about 6 lbs a month! Nothing really. When it gets down to it less than a pound a week!
  • Tell you what, get up a little earlier than usual in the morning and walk a mile. Try to eat smaller portions of what you have been eating or cut out an unhealthy portion (like fries or something). Each evening walk two miles. Grab a buddy to do it with you, its more fun then. Just stick with it and you will do fine.
