The process of getting ready for bed at night. It calms me to put everything aside and prepare for a period of time when I'll be at rest.

Rain, when i feel like i cant take it anymore i step outside and just enjoy the raindrops on my skin but if its not raining a scented candle and looking at the sky will do.

- i went to the beach at 2 o'clock in the morning last weekend. it was al dark (of course) and there were so many stars, i had never seen so many in my whole life. i cant see so good in the dark, so that only added to the adventure, i had to go on my nose and my hearing to not get caught in the waves. :)

- unfortunately i live in a city not by the sea, i have to drive 3 hours to get there. it keeps it special though. i think when i would live by the sea i would probably go every day, and then i would take it for normal after a while.

having a relaxing bath and having time on my own. also writing poems calms me down because i can write about my feelings etc and its a way to release all the pressure i am feeling
