Ones country and economic issues are ,unfortunately ,not based on pollution or environmental degradation.The opposite happens.The more pollution from factories the more the economy goes up.The Chinese economy is rising very quickly and China is becoming the new world economic power,for it makes almost all the products used in the world.All countries should have a guideline and be made to follow it when it comes to pollution.

Many, many, many years and anything else is probably just wishful thinking. The Chinese economy is just getting started man. How's your Mandarin? We'd all start boning up if we were smart.
