i live in a block of flats and the other day a girl knocked on my door and asked if she could borrow my key to the lobby for 24 hours to get herself one cut. She told me she had just moved in and the landlord hadn't given her her own key and told her to get a neighbour to lend her theirs. And nobody would lend her one. She told me she was 17 and this is her first home. I told her i thought it was really bad of the landlord to put her in that predicament but i lent her the key. It wasn't the key that actually unlocks my flat, so i thought it wasn't too risky and she seemed like a nice girl. She was so appreciative she gave me a hug.

I once made someone a dinosaur out of A binder, tape and a couple of shoe boxes. For no reason.

I gave a homeless guy a few bucks yesterday. I helped a lady who was having trouble getting up from her booth in Chili's today. I fixed my little brothers skateboard and I am going to play a game of Ghost Recon with my other brother when I'd rather stay in here and AB for awhile and be left alone. Good week for me. I'm usually more of a butt.

I ran up and gave someone their money back, which had fallen out of their pocket, no thanks no smile, why did i bother!

I was traveling by car through El Paso, Texas, at breakfast time when an older guy who seemed transient walked in off the street to the McDonalds where I had stopped for coffee. I bought his breakfast and gave him a ten dollar bill. His smile was huge (and largely toothless). It may not have made his day, but it made mine!
