Ther are people who will argue that black is white... *shrugs* just let them get on with it.

I ignore people like that.

YES.

It's hard to tell if someone is purposely lying to sway your opinion, or if they are just sadly mistaken or misinformed.
-
Sure do.
-
No. If they are lying to prove a point then they are lying for a greater purpose, as the saying goes: Artists use lies to uncover a truth whereas politicians use lies to cover the truth up. If they flat-out lie to convince you that they are right then that is wrong but the subtlety of lying in order to prove a point is acceptable. However the best preparation before ever arguing the accuracy of a subject is to have done plenty of research.

I dislike all politicians.
-
Very Much So.

Yes, because if they are lieing, they aren't right. They're just making stuff up so they win something. Those people are annoying, and should go hide in a corner- or get a therapist.
-
I do not dislike the peolpe who do this but rather i find it interesting. The examples that people will produce in moments toprove they are right is truly amazing and rather insightful sometimes. Also, it amuse's me to the lengths to which people will go to get someone to acknowledge they are right, so that they can have a moment of feeling superior.

Only if it can be classified as a lie. If its an opinion, than they very well may believe its true rather not. Whereas most people lie on purpose, some lie out of pure honest ignorance.
