'98 Jeep Grand Cherokee (5.2L) that begins to overheat when outside temp is above 85. Radiator flushed, new therm., new H.D radiator. Condition accelerated when driving up hills, in traffic, or stopped on incline.

Our 1993 Grand Cherokee today ran over 210 dgs. but we had the A/C on and it was 110 in Las Vegas, Moderate city driving not a lot of stop and go. This is our first Jeep, I am looking to see if this is normal. Temp gauge stopped climbing at 240, definetly short of red line, but I don't want to tow or go off road with temps this high.
