As bad as this sounds I was once told after someone gazed in my eyes quote " You have sad eyes" I know that does not sound beautiful but the fact that they really looked and seen me it touched me. I have not had the easiest life and though I am better I still have bagage I am trying to deal with.

Yesterday my sister and I were teasing each other. She made a comment about how I shouldn't have any friends. My 8 year old cousin turned to her and said "It's easy for her to make friends. She's so good looking!" That seems kind of shallow, but it just made my day! I don't consider myself good looking at all, and for my little cousin to say it was too cute.

As much as I love to hear "I love you," I have to go with this. I sing professionally, and one time I auditioned and was chosen to sing as the Cantor (leads all the singing at Mass)at the Vatican in Rome, Italy. Pope John Paul II took my hand, looked into my eyes with his beautiful, sparkling blue ones, and said, "You have the voice of an angel." I will never forget that as long as I live.

The most beautiful thing anyone ever said to me was a salesman in a company I worked for at the time. I was a struggling single parent of a mildly intellectually challenged 15 year-old son. I was told that I had done the best job he had ever seen of raising an incredibly well-mannered and polite young man and that I should be terribly proud of my son having turned out to such a respectful human being and one deserving of respect as well. I have never forgotten those kind words and they were so encouraging at a time when I really needed it.

my friend once sent me a text saying "I wish i could rewind time to last nights departure and keep hold of you for just a few more seconds ans tell you just how amazing you really are because I dont think you gwt told enough" at the time she'd just split up with her girlfriend and a lot of people were taking sides and she was losing lots of friends although neither of them had done anything wrong.
