A securely coded feature-rich site w/ dynamic content, offers feeds, uses a database backend, is load balanced across multiple machines, is cross-browser compatible, is compliant to web standards, is as functional at 1600x1200 as it is on a mobile device, looks clean, and uses optimal code and minimal resources both on the server and client side...no.
