Sure. That's why it's good to write things out. Make a list of things you like to do on one side of the paper, then on the other side write what you don't like. Then compare-- and work on it alittle. See what you come up with. Writing things down is great therapy. It gets everything out of your head that may be "jumbled up". Try it!

Yes point at what you want (imagine it) now everything else you dont want. Ok same thing point at what you dont want.... and you get closer to what you do want thats one less things that you dont want.
