I would filibuster the current gun laws and stand up and hold the floor to demand the ban on all gun sales in the USA,both legal and black market.All the guns would be melted down and used for something useful.

Would and have in personal and business relationships - however a more honest approach would be to face and debate the question and come to reasonable resolution. In Congress, it is pretty much a cheap-trick tactic. Most everywhere else it is too. It is useful only for the purpose of buying time when a rushed decision would not be prudent.
