  • I think its because you get force fed negative/bad news or whatever anytime you turn on the news or radio and its gotten to a point of basic desensitizing the people in general
  • This is a defence reflex, if each bad event we hear about on the news, affected us the same way as if it had happened to a friend, or member of our family, we wouldn't be able to cope with life.
  • If it's someone close to you and that you like, i'd wonder why you didn't feel sympathetic. however, if it was someone you didn't like or didn't know, then i find no fault with you. sometimes our lives get really hectic, and caring too much can get in the way of what needs to be done.
  • I wouldn't think something is wrong with you, and I say this cause I'm the same as you.
