Not unless you want it ruined. Lettuce is mostly water, and when the water freezes it ruins the lettuce. Fresh leafy greens should never be frozen.

To further add to Walker's answer... When water molecules freeze, they become jagged. This, however, is not the case when water is frozen quickly (Using liquid nitrogen or dry ice for examples). Since fruit and lettuce and other watery vegetables and fruit are mostly water, the jagged ice cuts at the cellular linings and walls of the lettuce and other fruits when it thaws. This causes it to become watery and mushy.

Looseleaf lettuce should not be frozen because of its high water content. Once the frozen lettuce is thawed, the lettuce will fall apart and result in an extremely slimy and undesirable end-product.
