  • Start playing basketball - you'll grow for sure.
  • I don't believe jumping rope will make you taller, but by working out you can improve posture, which in turn will make you appear taller as it will reduce slouching and make you stand up straighter. Shoulders and back would be two important groups to work out.
  • Jumping would not make you taller as the stress from landing and jamming yourself into the ground, even just being upright, tends to shrink people over the course of a day. You are always taller in the morning than later in the day, as gravity takes it's toll.
  • Err.. no. Just.. no
  • The best way to get yourself a bit taller is to eat right, get rest and exercise. Lift light weights for strength and do a lot of calisthenics, running, walking. But make sure you get plenty of nutrition especially calcium and vitamin D. If you grow you grow. If not you will at least be in great shape and healthy. there is not other natural way. Skipping rope is great for conditioning and coordination, I did a lot when I trained to box.

  • I stopped growing at 14 with the height 6ft 2 inches.
  • i think stretching your body will help you grow taller. I did it, before my height was 5'7 and my age is 18 and after doing all the stretching everyday 1 hour i think it was a successful because when i measure my height again it was 6'0 and my age 19. i think you should do it to.
