Anyone can go to the kingdom hall who wants to go. Even if you are disfellowshiped you can still go, just no one will talk to you. In fact, most religions welcome people who aren't members to their services.
-
if you're not disfellowed, and you show up, tell one of the regular members you're there to visit... they will gladly talk to you.
-
the discussion of disfellowshiping is way off course of the ? ANYONE is more than welcome to attend a sermon or meeting at the kingdom hall. . . even disfellowshipped ones, since that is an indication that they may have a sincere heart that is willing to change. As regards to the subject of disfellowshipping my brother is disfellowshipped along with my mother and i can personally tell you that it is one of the hardest things to deal with, but because we love our god jehovah and our faith and trust that he knows the very best course of life, we WILLINGLY, not begrudgingly obey the admonition to shun such ones, knowing that because of there disobedient attitude which lead to them commiting a serious wrong, that is why they are being corrected in this way, for them but also so that others in the congregation do not adopt this negative disobedient attitude. It was mentioned earlier and is very good advice, if you have any ?'s feel free to ask anyone of Jehovah's Witnesses and they truly will be happy to explain any ?'s you may have.

You may go without being a member of a congregation but you will be inundated with people who will smother you with propaganda.
-
Yes you can happily attend without 'joining' 'joining' refers to becoming baptised and having gone round the doors. I am a Jehovahs Witness Serving in Scotland and I attended for some 19 years without 'joining' In my 20th year I got baptised in symbol of my dedication to do Jehovahs Will the biggest Cult/Sect is the Catholic church so I don't know what the above poster is talking about, we get fed spiritually in abundance they get crumbs and false doctrine

Perspective All it seems that religion has done here is divide us. So many religions, so much division. What do you think of that? What will we as a race accomplish as a divided bunch of ninnies? Drop your weapons of words, and remember that your supposed enemy is really just like you. We all want peace, except for the greedy, who prosper from wars and rumors of wars.

I love the One True God. It's hard to say which version of His Word is the best, but the message, I feel, is peace and love, and that can't be bad.
-
Anyone can go, but be prepared to be approached aggresivly regarding a "bible study."
-
I've been before and it was fine. It was strange, but it was fine.
-
Sure, if you wish to attend a meeting, anyone is welcome. You do not have to become a witness to come to them.
-
Anyone can go along. There is a public talk every Sunday the times of which will be posted on a notice board outside the hall.
-
All Kingdom Halls are open to the public. All are welcome to listen to the PUBLIC talks.
-
Anyone and everyone is invited. That is one of the purposes of the preaching work, to invite others to the kingdom hall.

People are not disfellowshipped for committing any particualr sin. It is acknowledged that all sin, so we would all be disfellowshipped if that was the case. People are disfellowshipped for being unrepentant i.e. they acknowledge they would do it again given the same circumstances. All Jehovahs witnesses, when baptized and dedicated of their own choice know the consequences of unrepentantly practicing sin. It is their choice to become disfellowshipped as they indicate their unrepentance. To tolerate the behaviour would result in the hypocritical unacceptable churches of christendom

The meeting on Sunday has a "Public Talk" so this is something intented for everyone if they are a Jehovah's Witness or not. The talk lasts 30 minutes and you just need to have a copy of the Bible because there will be many references made to it. There is no charge to attend these meetings.
-
No you do not have to join, and there is no collection taken either
-
The public are welcome to any of the meetings held in the Kingdom Halls...throughout the whole world... No one HAS to join, just listen to bible based facts. A simple prayer is given at the start and finish of each meeting. there are none of the trappings or practices so often depicted in films. Only Bible truth is spoken. No collections are taken.
