I am sure it happens regularly with young healthy men and even older men. I doubt seriously if there is a way for anyone to ah, measure that. never seen a survey, but if the guy likes the girl well enough to make out with her, as long as he has adequate testosterone in his system, he will get turned on, including an erection, during make-out sessions.
