uh, i dont know what the person before me was talking about, but: 1) If you're going to law school for the sole purpose of becoming an attorney, you only need one degree- a juris doctorate. Sometimes, students will do a dual degree program- the most common being a JD and Masters which is generally 4 years. 2) Law School is always 3 years UNLESS you go to a school where you declare your major as pre-law and enroll in a 5 year program, which includes an a BA as well. The only school that I know of that does this is Suffolk in Boston.
