This is a silly question. Things that aren't natural (of nature) are categorically artificial. This is like asking us to name one thing outside of a refrigerator that is currently being refrigerated. If we can't, it doesn't imply that all things are refrigerated. Things that were designed, we designed. Things that weren't, aren't.
