Is it normal to have cramps like period cramps but i don't have my period and i'm not pregnant..does it have anything to do with sexual frustration ...

let your doctor know - it could be ovarian cysts; they happen when you ovulate, and can be as painful as period cramps. ovarian cysts have nothing to do with sexual frustration.

It is normal from time to time, there's nothing to worry about. But if it repeats very often, like between every period for months you should consult your doctor.
