Is it safe to have sex with someone positive for herpes?
If someone is positive for HSV 1 and 2 (oral and genital herpes) but is using daily medication, what are the risks involved with kissing and having sex? Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing with kissing. But if you had sex with someone who had herpes and the female becomes pregnant, that would result in a high risk of death for the mother, and a child with major disabilities. The female could get a disease. This also applies if one of the partners were on drugs. I don't know what types of herpes there are (so I might not be completely correct), I just know there won't be a great outcome.
