    You have to DL the picture to your computer, first. (Right-click on the pic, if possible, and "Save Image AS". Put it where you will find it easily. You can also change the name. JPG and GIFs are best, I think. Then, make sure it's got a maximum of 64x64, or the longest side of it is 64 pixels. (Edit and Resize it.) Then, go to your profile, MY SETTINGS tab, PROFILE option, and click the "Click here to change" by the Avatar. Browse to the image you've resized. Select it (then click the OPEN or SAVE button) When the system replaces the avatar on your PROFILE option page, scroll down below the About Me box, and click SUBMIT. VOILA! ;-)
