"The Fox and the Grapes" is one.I loved the drawings in the book I had as a kid and recently saw a reprint of it at the bookstore :)

I've read them all, but these are the ones I remember. Crow and the pitcher. Fox and the grapes. Dog in the Manger. Androcles and the Lion. Fox and the Raven. Wolf and the dog. My favorite is not from Aesop. It can be found in the book of Virtues. It is the story of Genghis Kahn and his hunting Hawk.
