I got a dell latitude c840 and it turns on and everything when I turn it on it sais it has some problem so I click start windows normally then it does the boot screen perfectly but then a sudden blue screen appears then my computer just restarts again ect

On the screen where you selected "start windows normally", there is also an option to start windows in safe mode. Try that and see if it boots all the way up. Once it has booted in safe mode, try rebooting normally. Sometimes booting in safe mode will correct the problem causing the Blue Screen of Death. Otherwise you will have to note the error codes on the blue screen and report them here for anyone to be able to help you much.
