I am not sure in what context that line was delivered but I agree with the statement. The actions of many so-called Christians are what drives others away from churches, organized religion and perhaps even God. Shooting doctors, damning people to hell, inquisitions, attempts to subvert the law and replace it with Biblical law, affairs, the want of money...it goes on and on doesn't it? In my experience those who most loudly proclaim their faith are the worst of the bunch too.
