  • It is impossible to guarantee that there was zero lesbian sex going on. While the Church calls such acts "sin" and excommunicates those that are discovered, some individual members may have done it without the Church's knowledge. I think a 3-way involving the man would have been more likely than a man watch his wives "go at it".

  • You are free to believe whatever you want. However, the real question is whether you can provide evidence to back up that belief. No, I am not saying that this did happen and I am not saying that it did not. I don't know. However, as laie_techielaie_techie, wrote, if such activity did get back to the leaders of the Church, then the participants would have been excommunicated.

Michael Quinn's classic work, "Same-Sex Dynamics Among Nineteenth-Century Americans: A Mormon Example" perhaps he addresses this question in there. http://books.google.com/books?id=UXVj398JvnsC&dq=Same-Sex+Dynamics+among+Nineteenth-Century+Americans:+A+MORMON+EXAMPLE&source=gbs_navlinks_s
  • You do have a dirty mind don't you?
