Do you get angry with yourself for spending so much of your free time on this site?

No. I usually spend about an hour or so on here and then I'm done. There is no reason to get angry if one stays on for any length of time. They know what they are doing. If they are losing sleep and have to get up early for work, it is their own fault for not being able to discipline themselves and log off of their computer. :-)
