  • It won't work. I answered your other question, now you are tossing in exercise with too few calories. Here is the thing, while its true that exercise causes the body to burn fuel (fat and food) you still need to supply fresh fuel (food) to the body in order for the body to have all the nutrients and building blocks to repair injury to muscle and bone that take place no matter what you do (just walking causes bone to "break" on the microscopic level, this is good the body is continuously repairing, thus you continue to live and make new tissues constantly). Starving your self and taking on an exercise program as well will result in you denying your body the things it needs to repair, leading to long term problems with tissues which in many cases leads to greater injury and life long issues that are irreversible. Further, as soon as you do eat your body will bank up all the food it can get into fat to protect itself from the next famine. DO consider adding an exercise program to your routine. DO NOT seek to just cut away calories here and there. Instead seek ways to cut out unnecessary calories like added sugar and added fats. DO eat several smaller meals a day, rich in veg and fruit which are low calorie, filling and will provide your body with thousands of good things. DO eat proteins (meats, cheese, fish) Do Eat carbohydrates - potatoes, rice, bread you need the sugar that comes from carbs to power your body. I strongly suggest you go to your local library and check out this book: http://www.biblio.com/books/26950539.html It is a good basic starters guide that will tell you about lowering fats and sugars in your diet, explain why you will gain weight on a starvation diet and explain to you why eating more meals (smaller they may be) over the course of the day results in less hunger, which means you will not only eat less but your body will, in time, release the fats it stores knowing that it doesn't need to prepare for the next famine. Once you read it, return to the library shelf you got it from and look at the many other books on the same subject.
