If you own a wireless network somebody may have wirelessly connected their XBox to it. If you have an unsecured network (ie, no password) you should configure it to have a password. If your network already has a password I'd recommend changing it.
On the X-box 360 you can link your x-box to the same wifi signal as your PC and share media from your shared media folder. It is possible that someone in a home near by has picked up your wifi signal off your computer. you should easily be able to deny that x-box access. Open windows media player, find the media sharing option under library, and turn off media share. If it is sharing to 360 there should be a picture of a x-box on there. I don't know 100% is this is it, I'm pretty sure the person has to set up the media on your computer manually.
That is a possiblity, otherwise I dunno.

You're reading Something popped up on my computer stating that an Xbox Extender was found on my network, but I don't have an Xbox 360 and I never hooked anything up that had to do with an Xbox 360...what is going on?
