Okay this may be considered a bit vulgar by some people, but I think there IS a slight difference. Aroused - Being sexually stimulated, attracted to a certain person Horny - Wanting sex, plain and simple. When a person will do it with virtually anyone, even someone whom they find unattractive.

for me, horney is the one stage before arousal. as in Guys are always horney. guys are always on the prowl. they dont get aroused until they smell what they seek.
