Swiss cheese, sauted mushrooms and onions, some sliced bacon on top of the patty, a glob of guacamole on the top and a spread of chipotle barbeque sauce on the bottom bun. I don't want to get it too sloppy!

I don't eat hamburgers any longer, I eat Grillers by Morningstar Farms. But to answer your question the toppins still remain the same because it tastes like hamburger. I would eat it with either or Cheddar or Swiss, not at the same time. Jalapenos, Sauteed Mushrooms, sauteed onions or raw, guacamole. Any of those separate or together is good. Tomatoes too.
