Is there any candidate for the American presidency that doesn't believe that (i) we 'won' the Cold War, (ii) push the Bible fanatically, (iii) believe that Israel was the greatest thing to ever happen to the Middle East?

    Are you crazy, you just identified a candidate who has isolated himself from two thirds of the campaign money out there to be had.
