Male discrimination often goes unnoticed, you should try and find out what is the ratio of female associates to males and along with your statement, you could make a strong case.

you could sue, but you'd have to be able to provide sufficient evidence that there is discrimination, like the male to female ratio as Masculinist stated. Even then that might not be enough, you'd have to then prove that she knowingly hired more females than males, and I'm afraid a hint isn't enough. Could you sue? yes. Could you win? probably not.
