First, it doesn't matter what I mean when I say it. It matters what the Apostles say about it, what the Prophets say about it, what Jesus says about it. I'll try to paraphrase what those authorities say: Abraham,David,The Prophets and all of the unnamed Old Testament saints were Chosen-because of their faith. The Apostles and all of the true Christians are also Chosen-because of their faith, which makes the Old Testament saints the forefathers (in faith) of present day Christians.
