Do Mormons believe Joseph Smith sits on the left-hand side of God?

I would say that we believe that Joseph Smith is one of the more important prophets to walk the Earth, but I don't know of any thing that says that he sits on the left hand of God. *********** "WannaBeMormon: it was in "The Godmakers". the anti-mormon video full of fallicies" Oh, perhaps I should rephrase my answer somewhat. I know of no reliable source of Church doctrine that states that Joseph Smith sits on the left hand of God. As I have written and said on many occasions, the authors of "The Godmakers" are strangers to the truth.

No, Joseph Smith does not sit on the left hand of god, but in a vision, President Wilford Wilson learned thatevery dispensation that has had the priesthood on the earth and has gone into the celestial kingdom has had a certain amount of work to do to prepare to go to the earth with the Savior when he goes to reign on the earth, and we learned that Joseph Smith is doing the work for this last dispensation. Moses did the work in his Dispensation, and Abraham in his, and Joseph Smith. Also, I am not getting this from scripture, but at the time of the resurrection the Holy Ghost is supposed to receive a body of flesh, if I recall correctly, so if anyone sits on the left side of God, it would be the Holy Spirit. Also, the Bible says Jesus will sit on the right side of God.

No. He's too busy up there, calling out the secret names of mormons, so he can let them pass into Heaven.

If he met Christ on his death and said "Lord, look at all these things I did in your Name". (Organize a secret band of killers, marry other men's wives, perpetuate one of the biggest frauds in history on otherwise believing Christians etc. etc.) - You can guess what happened next.

Everything the real Christians do to try and warn others of the mormon fraud is said to be "full of fantasies." What could be more "full of fantasies" than the book of Abraham that smith wrote. LOL

Doesn't the Bible say Christ sits on the right hand side of GOD? If Joseph smith actually sits on the left hand side- then we have the choice between good and evil. Right?

I doubt that will ever happen. Since the Lord has always stated the sheep will reside at His right hand, while the goats will be on His left...Later
