Does anyone else feel bad for Lilith (aka the first wife) in the creation stories that include her?

She's a poorly developed fictional character. Can't feel bad for that unless I add a bunch with my imagination.

Yeah, she got a raw deal. And no one ever bothered to find out what her side of story is/was.

Only in so much that it illustrates the Catholic/Judaic tradition of running women down & presenting them in a wholy negative light.

I feel badly for all of us. Lilith isn't the only one who got the shaft. Somebody decided for us that only certain books of the Bible should be known, and wouldn't you just know it.....it was based soley on what THEY thought we should know. Wasn't that thoughtful? +5

We used to worship women...lilith... when we took the power we changed her story... lilith feels bad for us
