Help answer this question below.
I think the rules here are actually pretty fair. It's not "censorship", it's just following the rules of acting courteously and not using language that is offensive to others. If someone doesn't agree with the rules, they can always find another place to visit.
why make it yahoo-answers no2?
love answers bag the way it is
if it ain't broke don't fix it... so no :-) +5
No never !!! there is something called `freedom of speach` !! You don't have to read what others write,,,,and they don't have to read what you write,,,,sooooo just don't look at things that up set you,,,,
It kinda already is since your questions can be removed by admin if other users find your questions offensive.
naw
No. I don't think books should be burned either. But I do think there are social niceties such as civility that ought to be employed. Self-control is essential of course. Those who engage in vulgar/threatening/inflammatory/insulting conversation have little self-control. If you have a point to make that is well-founded, speaking in a rational, calm, civil manner ought to be possible. Happy Sunday! :)
Hell no
no the best thing about the the internet is you dont have to censore your opions.
no!...not any need for it ... if people are so bloody thin skinned then piss of to Yahoo where the Religious Right run things
F*ck no...Lol...but seriously...if your not adult enough to know when swearing or lewd/rude language and conduct is acceptable then the main body of users on here will lynch you pretty swiftly...
By who and for what? If by me for whatever reason I care that would be fine, if by others for their own reasons than no.
No, THere is no other websites like AB.
Yes. We should censor words that may offend people like swears. Then we should censor other words that are not swears but may still offend people. Eventually, we will censor all the words because every word is going to offend somebody at some time.
And then AnswerBag will be known as useless CensoredBag.
By whom?
Nope, I don't. But it still is, anyway. I find it odd that no one wants it censored, yet most everybody still runs to a CL when they've been offended. +5
In certain ways, yes. We're not the ones who own this site. We're also not the only ones who use it.
How do you mind your own business and still be a AB member?
