I'm sure a buncha eighteenth century Emo poets prolly have. Even if it wasn't actual murder...that, and ghosts in ghosts stories I guess. But for real? Can't say. Probably not, unless it was a suicide note, which usually depicts the present anyways, and even if it didn't, it isn't really murder.

That would be something... There are some films out there with the narrator dying or getting killed and being aware of it: Menace II society and Carlito's Way come to mind.
