It is rather uncomfortable... but it's a feeling you get used to after you do it a few times. A few things I do... 1. Shave with baby oil... not soap or shave cream. It keeps the skin smooth and tends to prevent skin rashes. 2. Use a loofa to gently scrub the area with soap afterwards to avoid ingrown hairs. A few are normal, but it helps, especially when you shave against the growth. 3. Part of the discomfort is feeling "moisture" down there. Sweaty panties is never a good feeling! So I use baby powder to help with that feeling (external only). And I usually carry a little trial size bottle in my purse to powder through out the day as needed. 4. Expect that after a few days, stubble will grow back and it's a bit coarse. That's the worst to me. She can avoid that all together by getting a brazilian wax. When you shave you "cut" the hair and it leaves a coarse edge that is pokey, like a man's facial hair. Those first couple of days are rough. When you wax, it pulls the hair from the follicle and grows back with a lighter edge. BUT waxing (esp the first time) hurts like a MOFO!!!! Need lotsa guts for that, but very worth the effect! 5. When that stubble grows in, wiping with TP sucks!!! So I also carry a handful of single pack wipees in my purse. I think if she knows that there are some things she can do to avoid the majority of the discomfort, she might be more willing to try. It can't all be avoided though.

I find that its more uncomfortable with it. The bad part is the stubble that grows back and razor burn.

Don't ask just slip some Nair onto the area while she is sleeping. By morning it will have all fallen off.

..have her get professionally waxed the first time......(by a very competent person)..they will share the best ways to combat irritation and keep things nice n dry n sweet...... Or...you could offer to do it for her.....always fun... And...would you or do you do the same for her??

What is the attraction in having your wife look like a little girl down there unless you are attracted to little girls? I find that a bit creepy. Maybe your wife does too.

She must never have had a baby, cause they shave a womans pubic area prior to delivery, and one of the things she is probably talking about is when it starts to grow back, that is murder. there are some things she can do to make it a lot easier to handle.
