My brother (USA Citizen) is working as a missionary in Paraguay and he has met a girl there. Would it be easier for them to get married there and move here together, or bring her here and marry her?

i think its better they come here and get married , its easier !

a marrige like this may not be recognized in the US
if he can get her here and marry her it would make her immigrsation easier
