If the new healthcare reforms are so good why doesn't Obama and Congress join in?

Join in to what? The plans don't exist yet. Only proposals. It should be noted that people who already HAVE health plans don't have to do anything - which would include Obama and Congress. Despite the alarmist lies that are being spread about the proposals, unless one has no insurance, one should not see a big change, except perhaps lowering of premiums since a larger percentage of people are now covered [albeit by the government, but covered].

One of the major points of it is that it's an option for all the people that don't have healthcare. The main argument for it that concerned people is that if you already have healthcare you like, you can keep it. And it's just a proposal.
