  • I wouldn't really care.
  • We're talking ultra mega big time cultural change here but if it catches on who am I to stand in the way.
  • My son is a very smart man. If that were his choice I'd embrace it without question. "What's in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet!" What's good enough for Shakespeare is plenty good enough for me. Happy Saturday! :)
  • That last name better be Forbes,Kennedy or Rockefeller!
  • Seems somewhat strange but only because that what is known to us. I would have no problem with it. To each His/Her own. Who am I to say? I hope all is well Mrs. W nice to see you back in action! lol All My Best, Jonathan +5
  • Marriage is a union of two people into one family unit. As long as THEY are happy with it, what does it matter what I (or anyone else) things about it? :):)
  • I would be mildly annoyed but it wouldn't be an issue. Young people just don't like tradition. Well, except for the marriage thing. And the presents. And bridesmaids dresses - those have to match. And tuxedos, those are very important. Expensive rings, better have those. And corsages.
  • Depends. If his last name was Hornswaggle and hers was Remington.
  • If that is what they want it is up to them. They could use both names with a hyphen and that would keep everyone happy.
  • I would not react...it isn't any of my business. I see more and more couples hyphenating their names, joining both birth names together. I think it is very appropriate....I sometimes wonder what happens with their offspring, though, when they marry!!
