It is impractical to think that 0% unemployment would be possible. Maybe in an ant colony, but people are constantly changing jobs, going to school, having babies, etc. so an unemployment rate of about 2.1 - 2.6 % is acceptable.

If my memory from economics class serves me right 0% unemployment is not a good thing. If we remove positive unemployment such as cyclical unemployment, frictional unemployment, and structural unemployment we would remove any forward progress in this country.

Well for example the ford company put a lot of buggy makers out of business but that was good unemployment because the car was an important advancement.
